Water management project incentive Program for 2024.

This Montenegrin Water management project incentive Program for the year 2024 determines the scope of funds for financing water management activities and allocates them and their amount by purpose (5 different main scopes as listed in this text), facilities and designated municipalities. The funds established by this Program will be directed to users in accordance with the dynamics approved by the state administrative body responsible for finances. The state administrative body responsible for water management (Ministry) may, during the implementation of this Program, redirect unspent funds from one facility to another, as well as change the purpose of using funds and redirect them from one purpose to another up to the amount of total funds provided for in this Program. The schedule and amount of funds for financing water management activities in 2024 by purpose, facility and municipality is given in Annex 1, which forms an integral part of this Program.
