Abstract
This Act provides for public financing of agriculture. It establishes the Agricultural Supplies Account and provides for the control of the Agricultural Supplies Revolving Fund. The Agricultural Supplies Account shall be used for the purchase of livestock feed, seed, fertilizer and hand tools to be used for agricultural purposes, which shall be sold to any resident of the Marshall Islands for use by that resident in the development of a subsistence or his or her own commercial farming operation.
