Abstract
This Act provides for validation of written arbitration agreements and provides with respect to arbitration procedures. It does not apply to or in relation to an agreement that expressly excludes its application. A written agreement to submit to arbitration an existing controversy or a controversy arising after the agreement, is valid, enforceable and, except on such grounds that exist for the revocation of any contract, irrevocable. The High Court may order to arbitrate if it holds that a valid arbitration agreement exists.
