Bikirin Island Management Plan.

The Bikirin Island Management Plan aims to ensure the conservation and sustainable management of marine and terrestrial ecosystems in order to maintain ecological integrity, resource abundance, and the well-being of the local community. The objectives of the Plan are: (i) to identify a process of regulation with enforcement measures for protected areas; (ii) to increase knowledge of communities and stakeholders on regulations and enforcement measures; (iii) to endorse and implement the coastal management plan to prevent erosion; (iv) to replant 80% of the Bikirin coastline.
