Abstract
This Act prohibits any purchase of copra for export without a licence obtained from the Cabinet. The Cabinet may license, under such terms and conditions as it may determine, persons, firms or corporations to purchase copra for export through such agency as the Cabinet may approve. The prohibition shall not apply to the sale of copra for export to any person, firm or corporation licensed under this Chapter, nor to the exportation of products processed or manufactured from copra.
