Abstract
This Act establishes the Office of Environmental Planning and Policy Coordination (OEPPC) within the executive branch of the Government.
The OEPPC shall: (a) act as an advisory body to the Government and government agencies on matters of environmental planning and policy; (b) coordinate specified environment protection efforts; and (c) act as the Environmental Policy and Planning Unit. It shall also be the focal point on project proposals submitted internationally in relation of climate change, biodiversity and other international environmental conventions.
