Abstract
This Act amends the Kwajalein Atoll Development Authority Act in section 707 with respect to organization and management the Board of the Kwajalein Atoll Development Authority. The Board shall include in its members three landowner representatives, nominated by the Landowners of those lands within the Kwajalein Atoll that are the subject of the Land Use Agreement between the Marshall Islands Government and the Kwajalein landowners.
