Abstract
This Act provides for the establishment of the Marshall Islands Development Bank as a body corporate. All monies of the Investment Development Fund standing to the credit of the Marshall Islands Development Authority (“MIDA”) shall be transferred to the Bank. The Bank shall provide financial assistance to enterprises operating in the Marshall Islands in the agriculture, fisheries or other specified economic sections by providing loans or guarantees and by making equity investments.
