Abstract
This Act establishes the Tobolar Copra Processing Authority as a body corporate and defines its functions powers and internal organization. The Corporation shall assume responsibility for the management, operation, and maintenance of all aspects of copra processing in the Marshall Islands and assure a continuing market for copra. The Corporation shall have its own fund.
