Abstract
This Act provides for the establishment of a Tuna and Game Fish Conservation Zone in those parts of the sea having as their inner limits specified base lines and as their outer limits, a line drawn 50 nautical miles seaward from such base lines as designated by the Marshall Islands Marine Resources. The Act prohibits fishing within the Conservation Zone by foreign and local fishing vessels without a valid license issued by the Marshall Islands Marine Resources Authority. The prohibition shall not apply to sport fishing and subsistence fishing activities.
