Abstract
This Decision declares that as for the purposes defined in article 9 (paragraph 2), article 10 (paragraph 2), article 15 (paragraph 3), article 23 (paragraph 3) and article 25 (paragraph 4) of the national Law on forest tree species reproductive material, the Faculty of Forestry situated in the city of Skopje shall be now authorized to perform the following tasks: separation (classification) of provenance areas; recognition of basic material types; determining whether the legal entity meets the conditions to be registered for production of reproductive material from forest tree species; carrying out expert controls of reproductive material in seed nurseries; testing and determining the quality of reproductive material - seeds and/or plant parts.
