This Decision determines the effective amounts of costs for registration of economic operators which shall be engaged in activities that regard the placing of phytopharmaceutical products on the market. The amount of the costs for registration of economic operators for placing phytopharmaceutical products on the market is listed in article 2 (including operators engaged in production of phytopharmaceutical products; placing of phytopharmaceutical products on the market-repackaging; retail for professional use in specialized stores, agricultural pharmacies).
