Decision determining the boundaries of the river basin areas.

This Decision, based on the provisions of the national Law on waters, determines the boundaries of the river basin areas, as follows: 1. the catchment area of the river Vardar (which belongs to the catchment area of the Aegean Sea); 2. the Strumica river basin (which includes the watersheds of the river Dvorishka, the river Lebnica and the river Strumica which are part of the watershed of the river Strumica, which belongs to the watershed of the Aegean Sea); 3. the catchment area of the river Crn Drim, (which is part of the catchment area of the river Drim, which belongs to the catchment area of Adriatic Sea); and 4. the basin of the river South Morava (which includes the basin of the river Binachka Morava, which together with the river South Morava and the river Morava are part of the watershed of the river Danube, which belongs to the Black Sea watershed).
