Abstract
This Decision, as in accordance with the provisions of the national Law on concessions and public private partnership, gives consent to the Decision on initiating a procedure for awarding a contract for establishing a public-private partnership for design, financing, construction, management and capacity transfer of water bottling facilities for commercial needs (adopted by the Management Board of the Public Enterprise for water supply "Studencica" Kicevo, at the session held on 29 January 2016).
