Abstract
This Decree prescribes the detailed criteria for direct payments, indicates involved users of related funds, sets maximum amounts and prescribes the method of direct payments for the year 2022. See article 2 for indications on detailed criteria listings for livestock, as well as the amount of direct payments depending on the type of crop, class and the quality of the agricultural product and the type of livestock; and for criteria in crop production from part II of the Programme for financial support in agriculture for 2022 by area of agricultural land, unit of agricultural product and the amount of direct payments depending on the type of crop. The Annex is also part of this publication (criteria lists and related technical sheets).
