Decree on the manner, procedure and necessary documentation for reimbursement of the fee for export or destruction of packaged goods and for export or destruction of bags for transport of goods.

This Decree, based on the provisions of the national Law on packaging management and packaging waste, prescribes the manner, procedure and indicates all necessary documentation for reimbursement of fees paid for export or destruction of packaged goods and for export or destruction of bags for transport of goods. Reimbursement of paid fees in cases of export or destruction of packaged goods is carried out in amounts related to types of materials and subtypes of such packaging materials; reimbursement of paid fees for export or destruction of bags for transport of goods is done in relation to the amount of paid fees that are regulated as for quantities of exported or destroyed bags (also plastic) for transport of goods. Article 3 list the information and data that shall be indicated in these reimbursement requests.
