This Decree, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on environment, prescribes the conditions, manner and procedure for public participation during the preparation of regulations and other acts, as well as plans and programmes in the field of environment, types of plans and programmes in the field of environment, manner and procedure for public participation in the development, adoption, amendment or revision of plans and programmes, as well as the manner and criteria on the basis of which the public is determined, including non-governmental organizations.
