Abstract
This Decree, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on environment, prescribes rules regarding a group of planned documents (strategies, plans and programmes), including changes to the same, for which a procedure for assessment of their impact on environment and human life and health is mandatory. Strategic assessment is carried out on planning documents, and changes to those planning documents, from different sectors as listed in article 3.
