Abstract
This Decree defines the rules regarding the application of the Law on quality and safety of fertilizers, biostimulants and soil enhancers during a state of emergency. This Law will be applied during the state of emergency if it is not regulated otherwise. Regarding the validity of the decisions for registration in the List of fertilizer users, biostimulators and improvers of soil properties issued on the basis of a permit issued by a member state of the European Union, during the duration of the state of emergency, the provisions of this Decree will be applied with legal force. Decisions for recording in the List of fertilizer users, biostimulators and improvers of soil properties, issued on the basis of a permit issued by a member state of the European Union, whose validity period of the permit has expired or expires during the duration of the state of emergency, shall continue to be valid during the duration of the declared state of emergency as well as 90 days after the termination of the state of emergency.
