Environmental Investment Programme for 2021.

This Programme, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on environment, determines the purpose and allocates funds for financing, co-financing and implementation of plans, projects and other activities in the field of environment for 2021. The Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning will take care of the manner and dynamics of the realization of this Programme. The funds from this programme can be used to finance all types of costs for the implementation of plans, projects and other activities in the field of environment, except for: 1) lease of land; 2) lease of existing buildings; 3) expenses incurred before 1 January 2021; 4) expenses incurred to cover the salaries of the employees working with the beneficiary; 5) costs for preparation of the application form for obtaining funds from the Programme; 6) general and administrative costs of the applicant; 7) interest on debts, fees for financial operations, and other purely financial expenses; 8) legal obligations and penalties; 9) Costs for the functioning of the project after its execution, which are not related to the training of staff or trial testing.
