Abstract
This Law amends various provisions prescribed by the Law on environment (Official Gazette 53/2005 and 81/2005).
Major changes are regarding the following: general terms, definitions and denominations; essential environmental provisions; environmental planning and public participation issues; data collection and monitoring; and offences and related penalties.
