Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions prescribed by the Law on environment (Official Gazette 53/2005, 81/2005, 24/2007, 159/2008, 83/2009, 48/2010, 124/2010, 51/2011, 123/2012, 93/2013, 187/2013 and 42/2014).
Major changes are related to the State Environmental Inspectorate; Book of environmental parameters; specific environmental technical issues; Convention of the United Nations to Combat Desertification; and other.
