Abstract
This Law amends various provisions prescribed by the Law on environment (Official Gazette 53/2005, 81/2005, 24/2007, 159/2008 and 83/2009).
Major changes are related to the national information system on environment; imports of certain technologies, technological lines, products, semi-finished and/or raw materials in the country; certain emission standards and provisions; register of pollutants; inspection issues; and many other.
