Abstract
This Law amends many articles provided by the Law on environment (Official Gazette 53/2005, 81/2005, 24/2007, 159/2008, 83/2009, 48/2010, 124/2010 and 51/2011).
Major changes are related to the state administration responsible for the affairs of the environmental monitoring over the imports and exports of hazardous and harmful substances and products (also ozone depleting substances); strategic environmental assessment; reporting (international collaboration); environmental inspection; and other.
