Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on environment (Official Gazette 53/2005, 81/2005, 24/2007, 159/2008, 83/2009, 48/2010, 124/2010, 51/2011 and 123/2012).
Major changes are related to the environmental fees and audit; compensation issues; and State inspectorate provisions.
