Abstract
This Law amends various articles provided by the Law on environment (Official Gazette 53/2005, 81/2005, 24/2007, 159/2008, 83/2009, 48/2010, 124/2010, 51/2011, 123/2012, 93/2013 and 187/2013).
Major changes are related to the general environmental issues and definitions; education standards (for operators in environmentally related affairs); and provisions regarding the administrative rules related to the election of state environmental managers/directors.
