Law amending the Law on veterinary medical products.

This Law changes several provisions part of the Law on veterinary medical products (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 42/2010 and already amended in Gazettes 136/2011 and 149/2015).
Changes are related to the general cancellation of the term “director” form the entire text (also in article 25: The Director of the Agency shall be replaced by the words: The State Commission for Decision-making in Administrative Procedure and Labor Relations in the second degree); modification to the article 15 (paragraph 7) that defines the publication references of the list of pharmacological substances approved for use in veterinary medicine; added provisions to the article 19 (procedures for placing on the market); added provisions to the article 21 (procedure for marketing authorization); cancellation of the article 21-a; authorization renewal (article 27); cancellation of the article 32-a; several added provisions to the article 43 (import of veterinary medicinal preparations); cancellation of the article 46-a; and other changes to articles 46, 61 and 69.
