Law amending the Law on veterinary medical products.

This Law amend certain provisions part of the Law on veterinary medical products (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 42/2010 and already amended in Gazettes 136/2011, 149/2015 and 53/2016).
Changes are related to the modified and several added contents to the article 3 (regarding the exceptions in front of the terms of this Law, also added 3 new items); reedited contents of the article 4 that offers the list of official terms and definitions; several added provisions to the article 5 (competent authority, veterinary Directorate); article 6 (scientific technical expertise); article 7 (national reference laboratories and related issues); added provisions to the article 9 (regarding the fake product presentation); added provisions to the article 14 (approval for placing on the market); contents of article 15, paragraph 1 (list of pharmacological substances approved for use in veterinary medicine); added joint reevaluation terms in article 16; added provisions in article 18 (added article 18-a on obligations for continuous market supply); and several other changes also regarding the international trade rules, inspection duties and tasks, and offences and penalties.
