Abstract
This Law regulates the basic principles of public inspection supervision, the status, the competences and operation of the state Inspection Council, the organization and management of inspection services, monitoring, control and coordination of the work of inspection services, inspector status and employment, inspector license, the rights and obligations of an inspector (the system of compensation of salaries of inspectors, the system for professional development and training of inspectors), the performance of an inspector, rights and obligations of the subjects of inspection supervision during the performance of inspection supervision, the procedure of performing inspection supervision, the special actions in the inspection procedure, the relations of the inspection services and competent authorities, as well as law enforcement.
