Abstract
This Law regulates the basic principles of inspection, organization of inspection services, coordination of inspection services, rights and duties of inspectors, the rights and duties of the subjects of supervision, the procedure for carrying out inspections and other issues relating to inspection on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia (in various sectors, organized in related Ministries and local self-government, with the principle of public trust and safety).
This Law is divided into XIV Chapters and 72 articles, including the offences and penalties.
