Law on water communities.

This Law regulates the conditions, the manner and the procedure for establishing, necessary registration, operation and supervision/monitoring over the correct functioning all regarding the water communities (association of owners or users of agricultural land affiliated for use, management, maintenance, construction, reconstruction and extension of small irrigation and/or drainage systems and branch and/or distribution network of the hydro-melioration systems for Irrigation and/or drainage) present and authorized to perform their duties on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
