This Methodology prescribes the collection and processing of data on agricultural production, the structure of agricultural holdings and other data from the field of agriculture and rural development, for the purposes of analysis. Data on agricultural production, the structure of agricultural holdings and other data from the field of agriculture and rural development shall be kept in written and/or electronic form. This type of data will be processed according to the methods of statistical study, namely: collection of documentation, its arrangement and processing, analysis of the arranged material and correct presentation of the results in a specified period of time. The final product of the processing shows: - volume movements (size expressed in number); - the structure (percentage), and - movements (trend) of the size by area, crops, products, participants, capacities, gender, age, market classes of the product, origin of the product and their certified quality.
