Abstract
This text contain the Methodology which in accordance with the provisions of the national Law on drinking water supply and drainage of urban wastewater, regulates the determination of prices of water for drinking and drainage of urban wastewater. The cost of drinking water and urban wastewater disposal is determined based on the following criteria: 1) the quantity of drinking water consumed by the users of the service, as average and excessive consumption expressed in m3; 2) categories of service users. The price of the consumed quantity of drinking water is determined on the basis of: fixed costs; variable costs; salaries and allowances costs. The amount of fixed costs does not depend on the scope of activity and is unchanged (basic price), and the amount of variable cost is variable and is determined depending on the scope of activities performed in drinking water supply by the company (price per delivered quantity of water per m3).
