Order on taking measures to prevent the spread and destruction of pepper blight (phytophthora capsici).

This Order, for the purpose of prevention of the spread and for enforcing the -destruction of pepper blight (phytophthora capsici) in the area of Municipality of Radovish where this disease occurs, determines specific plant health measures that are meant for pepper producers or cultivators. Producers should produce pepper henceforth exclusively according to the instructions issued by the Plant Protection Administration under the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, in order to prevent the occurrence and spread of this disease.
