Regulation on additional conditions for the support of rural development measures, eligible costs and on level of support for eligible costs per beneficiary of individual measure.

This Regulation, as for the purposes of the Law on agriculture and rural development and in addition to rules previously established under the same law, here prescribes detailed additional financial, technical and administrative conditions for support to rural development measures, including eligible costs and indications on amounts of eligible support costs per single user and for each individual measure. These additional conditions are meant for disposal of appropriate production facilities for beneficiaries of investment support for modernization of agricultural holdings, as listed in article 2 of this text.
