Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the conditions for the import of semen, embryos and ova, on list of foreign countries from which their import is permitted, on content and form of the health certificate or other documents accompanying the shipment (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 81/2013, and already amended in the Gazette 195/2014).
Changes are related to the completely new Annexes 4, 5, 6 and 12, that are entirely part of this publication. Also forms part of Annex 10 are been re-issued.
This Regulation further harmonizes the national legislation with the provisions contained in the 2006/168/EC: Commission Decision of 4 January 2006 establishing the animal health and veterinary certification requirements for imports into the Community of bovine embryos and repealing Decision 2005/217/EC; and several other, see page 1 for full list of references.
