This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the manner and procedure for import and transit and the manner and procedure for carrying out checks and inspection of shipments on pets (bird species) that are not intended for trade or transfer to others person (Official Gazette 102/2008 and 18/2011).
This text also contains the provisions aligned with many Council Directives and European Regulations related to the practices defined by this Regulation.
This Regulation further changes the provisions of the Annex that is printed among this text.
