Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on measures for the suppression and eradication of transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 57/2011).
Changes are related to the definitions listed in article 4 (several terms, and abbreviations); completely new Annexes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, that are part of this publication.
This Regulation further harmonizes the national legislation with the provisions contained in the Regulation (EC) No 999/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 May 2001 laying down rules for the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies; and other, see page 1 for full list.
