Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on measures for the suppression and eradication of certain diseases in aquatic animals (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 185/2011, and already amended in the Gazette 114/2014).
Changes are related to the added official terms and definitions (article 2 of the original text); rules of the article 14 concerning the reporting and additional procedures as regards the notification of non-exotic aquaculture diseases; issues on official laboratories authorized to perform the related tests, object of this Regulation. This Regulation further harmonizes the national legislation with the provisions contained in the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/1554 of 11 September 2015 laying down rules for the application of Directive 2006/88/EC as regards requirements for surveillance and diagnostic methods.
The Annex 4 is also completely re-edited and part of this publication.
