Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on measures for the suppression and eradication of transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 57/2011, and already amended in the Gazette 161/2017).
Changes are related to the modifications to Annexes 2 and 4, see articles 1 and 2 of this publication (technical animal health measures; sampling issues).
This Regulation further harmonizes the national legislation with the provisions contained in the Regulation (EC) No 999/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 May 2001 laying down rules for the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies; and Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/894 of 24 May 2017 amending Annexes III and VII to Regulation (EC) No 999/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the genotyping of ovine animals.
