Regulation amending the Regulation on measures for the suppression and eradication of swine vesicular disease.

This Regulation amends certain part of the Regulation on measures for the suppression and eradication of swine vesicular disease (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of 154/2011).
Changes are related to the new chapter II of the Annex, that is part of this publication (providing the diagnostic methods for confirmation of attendance and differential diagnosis of swine vesicular disease; methods of sampling for diagnosis, laboratory testing, antibody detection and evaluation of laboratory results examinations, determined by the Director of the Food and Veterinary Agency after the procedure carried out by the European Commission).
This Regulation harmonizes the national legislation with the provisions contained in 2000/428/EC: Commission Decision of 4 July 2000 establishing diagnostic procedures, sampling methods and criteria for the evaluation of the results of laboratory tests for the confirmation and differential diagnosis of swine vesicular disease.
