Abstract
This Regulation amends various articles provided by the Regulation on the procedure for import and transit, the manner and procedure of conducting inspection and survey over the import and transit of animal by-products, the form and content of the animal health certificate or other documents accompanying the consignment of animal origin by-products, and the list of foreign countries from which the import and transit are approved (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 94/2012).
Major changes are regarding the general definitions and terms; concrete technical provisions; and new parts of the Annex (that is part of this text).
This Regulation further adopts some new principles contained in specific Council Directives related to the subject here defined.
