Regulation amending the Regulation on the procedure for import and transit, the manner and procedure of conducting inspection and survey over the import and transit of animal by-products, the form and content of the animal health certificate or other documents accompanying the consignment of animal origin by-products, and the list of foreign countries from which the import and transit are approved.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of Regulation on the procedure for import and transit, the manner and procedure of conducting inspection and survey over the import and transit of animal by-products, the form and content of the animal health certificate or other documents accompanying the consignment of animal origin by-products, and the list of foreign countries from which the import and transit are approved (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 94/2012, and already amended several times, in gazettes 25/2013 and 121/2017).
Changes are related to the new Annex that shall substitute the previous one; also this text harmonizes the national legislation with the provisions of related European Union documents, as listed at the end of page 1 of this publication.
