Regulation on the application form and necessary supporting documentation for the registration of a group of producers in the register of producer organizations.

This Regulation determines the form of the request and prescribes the necessary accompanying documentation that shall be used for the registration of a group of producers in the unified Register of Producer Organizations. Article 3 lists all necessary documents. The request for registration of groups of producers in the Register of Producer Organizations has to be submitted on a form which sample is attached in the Annex of this text.
