Abstract
This Regulation determines the composition and prescribes the manner of working of the Commission for the Protection of Plant Genera and Varieties of Agricultural Plants. Composition of the Commission is closely defined in article 2. At least three members from professional and scientific institutions with at least ten years of work experience in the field of plant production shall be included as members. The mandate of the President and members of the Commission is four years.
