Regulation on conditions for enrollment of records on local action groups, enrollment procedure, necessary documentation and manner of keeping of these records.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the national Law on agriculture and rural development, prescribes the detailed conditions for entry of records on Local action group (LAG) which is defined as group for rural development that is established as trade company, cooperative or citizens' association or foundation established for a territorial unit of one or more rural areas with less than 5,000 inhabitants and not more than 100,000 inhabitants. This text further sets the necessary procedure and manner for keeping records such records.
