Regulation on the conditions for recognition of basic material types.

This Regulation determines the necessary conditions for recognition of different types of basic material from forest tree species. Conditions for recognition of basic material from which identified reproductive material can be obtained are closely defined in article 2 (basic material intended for obtaining identified reproductive material, a recognized seed source shall be characterized by at least average phenotypic characteristics and good health, compared to a stem, group of stems or plantation of the same species, growing in the same area of provenance and in similar environmental conditions).
