This Regulation defines various rules (administrative, technical and other) regarding the facilities, equipment and personnel (education) to be implemented and observed by veterinary medicinal product manufacturers when requesting the official approval.
This Regulation adopts the principles contained in Council Directives related to the subject here defined.
