This Regulation prescribes the necessary content and correct manner for keeping the data regarding the effective production quantities of plant protection products (full cycle of plant protection products monitoring and data delivery, from the production to the storage of unused ones).
This record keeping, as a mandatory obligation of authorized producers and/or operators, includes data collection regarding the received and delivered quantities of plant protection products, including the reports on stored and expired shelf products.
