Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on ambient air quality, determines necessary contents and indicates the manner of transmission of data and information regarding the conditions in ambient air quality management. Legal entities that manage the ambient air quality monitoring stations that are part of state or local ambient air quality monitoring network, are owned by legal and natural persons that perform monitoring and which shall submit related reports on performed measurements directly to the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning. The Ministry shall provide timely and appropriate information on the ambient air quality, in accordance with article 5 of this text, to the public and legal and natural persons, organizations dealing with environmental issues, consumer organizations, organizations that treats interests of vulnerable populations, associations dealing with health issues and associations representing the interests of industry. The Ministry shall provide updated information on the measured concentrations of pollutants and make them regularly available to the public. In order to ensure timely informing of the public about the ambient air quality, the ministry, in accordance with the data obtained from the ambient air quality monitoring, prepares daily reports, monthly reports and an annual report on the ambient air quality.
